Yes the numbering is off and the page size is getting larger than they recommend for this pb style wiki. The contact page would not work for me either has anyone else had that issue??

OK, I edited the number issue and got it where it is now using the numbered list again. If you are adding a new signature, go to the end of the number above, click enter and the number will be placed on the next line. If you need help in this please do not manually enter your number, email either the site master or me and I can walk you through how to add it. I am hoping to work with the webmaster and get this page on a different management system so that you may submit your signatures, and we can add it ourselves. This will make it much easier for you the user and eventually the site, just a wiki site is not the best outlet for this.

I second Oliver's feelings. The idea behind the pack is nice, but the implementation of this page is rather sub-par (to be polite). I think it is getsatisfaction.com that are behind this pact..... it wouldn't take much effort to put in place a better system. The pact is one of their marketing tools in a way.

Apart from the poor implementation of this page, the idea behind it is great. Quite obvious really, but nice to see it put into a clear and concise single page message! I would hope most companies follow these principles as a matter of course and don't see this as a revelation!

I don't know if this EDIT was legit or not, but it sure looks suspicious. I'm adding my name and company again, and I hope an admin can re-add the ones that are legit.

@Magnus - I agree. I'm not sure why all those names were deleted, but mine was one of them and now I don't have permission to edit the page at all. It would be good if someone with admin privilege would comment on what happened...

I'm not from admin, but I have noticed that the listing that were removed were those that were using keyword phrases to link to their domain addresses.

So for example if your domain is www.johnsmithandsons.com, you are a garage, and you used the text 'Porsche Car Servicing' as your link text - that was deleted.
If you used 'John Smith and Sons' or just the web address as link text, that was left unchanged.

It seems that admin is removing links that are using overt keyword rich phrases.

@psq, @everyone - A spammer removed half the list and put a bunch of their own links in. I quickly grabbed the backup and restored.

Have added a number of additional items that the spammer deleted - but I have not got a record of the links - people please update your listings.

My fault, it looked like some entries were removed but actually Lachlan just reverted to previous version. My apologies.

Apologies - a spammer deleted about 100 entries off this page earlier today, this sort of thing happens almost on a weekly basis... I keep a daily backup of the page and restore it in the event of - unfortunately if someone has added themselves after the backup then I cannot see where their link goes... best I can do is email teh new person.

David - people spam to get free links - I just removed a pure acai berry link someone added to the top of the page... I guess they delete because they are vandals...

What if everyone who wants to support this great idea has to have a link back from their site?
There is automated software out there that can periodically check to confirm the link back - if not their link here is deleted.

Every since I signed up I have carried a link back from my site.
