Yeah the PBwiki is not really appropriate. A custom app would have been a better choice.

Scott Allen said

No need for a custom app - just use PetitionsOnline.com or something. The wiki is fine for the authorship and commentary process - just not good for a mass signatory process.

How can I get my name on this thing - IT'S BRILLLIANT!!!!
I'm about to do a swipe and get this on my website, because I HATE scammers and this is the most elegant codification of my business belief system since starting out on the net as an entrpreneur in '79 (pre-graphics internet that is)

Totally noob. Couldn't figure out how to sign my name. Edit the page to sign my name? Erm, I think not. Might mess something up. I'll be sharing this around. This is just awesome!

Well done. It gives the old "Customer is Always Right" a flip-side; the reminder that we are all both customers and company is most often forgotten. I'd like to see this Charter of Human Rights made available for web insertion as well as physical signage in business establishments. Thanks to all who contribute.

How do we get permission to post or link the Pact on a website or blog?

I don't think the wiki is a bad ap for this. If you've already got an account, it only takes a second. Thanks for putting this up. I'm going to link to it from my blog. http://thinkdenovo.blogspot.com

I bet everyone here knows that it's a whole lot easier to earn TRUST than it is to earn MONEY. People are the key to success in business. If you've got their TRUST, you've got the key to success. Anyone know of anywhere you can BUY trust? I don't and if someone tries to sell you some -- run away fast!! The first person you need to TRUST is YOURSELF and that means LISTEN to your 6th sense -- that little voice is 99% right all the time. (Not the same as right 99% of the time)

Brilliant! Great idea... By the way, the list works great until number 561, then after that I think people have actually manually typed the numbers(?) rather than using an unordered list. So the numbering's a little screwy (not that it really matters)!

Found out about this via GetSatisfaction, which is an awesome site!

Yes the numbering is off and the page size is getting larger than they recommend for this pb style wiki. The contact page would not work for me either has anyone else had that issue??

profile picture

David Wilson said

at 7:49 pm on Jun 23, 2009

OK, I edited the number issue and got it where it is now using the numbered list again. If you are adding a new signature, go to the end of the number above, click enter and the number will be placed on the next line. If you need help in this please do not manually enter your number, email either the site master or me and I can walk you through how to add it. I am hoping to work with the webmaster and get this page on a different management system so that you may submit your signatures, and we can add it ourselves. This will make it much easier for you the user and eventually the site, just a wiki site is not the best outlet for this.

**Message to webmaster, if you would like for me to move this to a host I will pay the fee's and do the coding, just email me and let me know at Sales@almobilehome.com and let me know.

Your pact makes a lot of sense to me. My company is offering electric blinds and other motorized window treatments and we take pride in respecting our clients. The result of this is that the are also showing us respect, so that's a foundation for a solid relationship.
